Very entertaining

Megeaner's animation style really made this movie a joy to watch. The character movements were fluid and fast paced, never seeming to be "just good enough".

The audio portion of the animation was done very well, too. Nothing was ever too loud or too soft. The background noises really added another dimension to the animation which would have been left empty.

Actually very funny

I have to say, the animation is done very well and the presentation is done correctly.

The audio could be optimized a little better, but overall it's pretty good.

I like the art direction taken in the animation, as it gave the movie a unique feel.

The voice acting was done very well also.

Sorry for the really, really late review

As always, I love the series and think it simply rocks hard core. Congratulations on the Daily 5th place as well!

The story was well presented, once again, and many parts made me actually laugh out loud.

Only negative I can think of was when Marle and Lucca were talking. The voice acting was GOOD, but it just seemed a little out of place, unlike the soldier who rhymes while chasing people.

I can't wait to see the next episode!

Excellent presentation

The presentation was excellent, the voices were very funny, and the animation was smooth.

The background was a little boring, but the main focus of the animation was the interaction between characters.

I look forward to seeing future animations and perhaps episodes from the author

Short, but sweet

I really enjoyed the animation. The drawn characters were colorful and fit the styling the animation was going for. The music was also at a very good level: not too loud, not too soft. Additionally, the pacing was perfect for the text boxes.

Suggested areas of improvement:

*Additional sound
-The whale character was jumping in the background...something felt missing without splashing noises

*Mouth work
-Even though the animation was presented in text to move the storyline, the character who was doing the talking had the same expression the entire time. Make the character look as though he is talking, even for a few seconeds, when each new text box appears.

[Madness Tribute by Garbi]

Not the best Madness tribute I've seen, but...

It wasn't the worst either. The sound was good and the animation was smooth. However, the animation needed to be much faster. Also, "author", if you're going to turn your symbols, make sure your text is at least correct so it's not so obvious you just did a "flip horizontal".

Needs a lot of improvement to be decent

I wouldn't recommend this animation to anyone. The characters have noticeable artifacting, the pacing is near painfully slow, and the text presentation of the story is not interesting.

Suggested areas of Improvement:

*Faster pacing
-Either allow the viewer to decide how fast or slow the text is displayed or make it quicker

*Higher quality images
-Choose better images to trace/make transparent for your characters.

*Improve the dialogue
-Work on your dialogue and character interactions a little more. As of now, both are lacking in the interest department.

*Sound
-...how about some?

Interesting concept

This is an interesting concept for a webcomic, but I just couldn't really get into it. I believe that pacing is to blame mostly for this.

The story presented wasn't bad and the characters were actually drawn rather well. In addition, the music was grating. In that regard, the movie is rather good.

There are a few nagging flaws which prevent me from giving it a really high score, however.

Suggested areas of Improvement:

*Faster pacing
-Allowing the viewer to decide how fast the speech bubbles come and go would make the animation feel much better in the end

Much better than expected

Well now...that was a pleasant surprise. I was expecting some really crappy animation with robotic voices, but I was treated at a Madness-esque style animation with decent drawing.
